The third exhibition and conference on supporting domestic manufacturing in the petrochemical industry, with a special focus on the refining and petro-refining industry, will be held in cooperation with the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, the Association of Oil Industry Equipment Manufacturers, and the Refining Industry Employers’ Association, with themes such as: production of parts and equipment for chemicals and catalysts for the petrochemical industry, transfer of technical knowledge and engineering services, support and use of the power of knowledge-based and innovative companies, support for downstream industries and attention to the role of research and technology, the role of free and special zones in increasing the production and export of petrochemical products, development of the petrochemical industry, and the role of banks and the capital market in financing plans and projects in this industry, and several other key themes, from March 2 to 4, 1402.
The extensive presence of petrochemical, refining and petro-refining complexes, knowledge-based companies, the banking system and the capital market, and active private sector producers, and the goal of signing more than 100 thousand billion rials of memorandum of understanding, was a promise of achieving new achievements and further developing the value-added petrochemical industry. The participation of more than 326 companies, holding 28 side conferences and specialized meetings, anticipating holding more than 700 B2B meetings between participants and managers, and planning to sign memorandums of understanding, the strong presence of the financial and monetary sector in order to finance projects and companies, the addition of the refining and petro-refining sector to the event, and the presence of many petrochemical managers from across the country to visit and negotiate with companies were among the features of the third edition of this event.
